@Shehu, the truth is he remains an ex-convict until granted a presidential pardon but before then, no one can contest it or fight it. The case of Buhari and others, they were not convicted by court and they have all been granted presidential pardon and that is why he can contest election and Obasanjo became president, Bode George cannot contest for any election, in fact in some countries, he cannot be appointed into any position until he is fully pardon. It may not be too good but that is why the so called elders should act like one, age is just a number to some of them.
