If all were medical officers, then who will be the lab. scientists, imagine scientists, radiographers etc, from whom the medical officers derive their diagnosis; the pharmacists, the nurse, etc. By this u are portraying a typical of the shallow, selfish and myopic grandiosity of those who went to medical school. It’s like u lack critical thinking ability.
