Why will they not pay,do we know how many rounds the SOB’s must have had with the babe with every minute that passes? how can a nation like Nigeria not have a database where police could tap in for possible suspects and yet we think that we are wise in not having accurate information about our citizenry,even in antiquities,Roman empire had data of its citizens in all her conquered territories at least for purposes of taxation,when we understand how long ago this was,we should know that we have not even found the road that leads to civilization.Finger print central database so that criminal profiling can become part of police intelligence work,I hear we just graduated almost 19,000 dummies as police corporals,these will just increase the number of extortion and extra judicial killings and accidental discharge in the country,I have never been more afraid.
